Bulk Edit
It is possible to edit the details of multiple DB Primary accounts at the same time. The information below can be bulk edited:
- Passwords and login method
- Safemail function
- Password lock
- Theme
- Colour Scheme
- Picture
- Widgit Point (if subscribed)
To make a bulk change follow these steps:
- Log in as either a teacher or a superadmin
- Go to the Administration section
- Tick all the accounts you would like to change followed by the Edit Multiple button on the top.
Note: You can select multiple accounts by clicking the first one and holding down shift when selecting the last one.
- You will now be taken to the edit screen. Change all the details you require and click Save on the bottom.
- All your selected accounts will now be changed to your specified criteria.
