Create "Passports" for new users
It is now possible to auto generate printable cards for "new" users, which tell them their school's login URL, their username and password.
When the new accounts have been created, visit the Accounts view by clicking on Administration from your homepage. Now click on [Actions] to the right of the folder of users you require the passports for:
Then click on "New accounts". This will produce the "passports for the Group selected which can be printed off & given to the individual new users.
For SEN logins, it would show their password picture sequence and the individual's personal login URL.
Please note:
This feature should be used as soon as possible after the accounts have been created as it will only produce cards with the "original" password set.
