Getting started

Setting editing rights

To give another teacher editing rights over the website, when logged in as superadmin click on the administration toolbox and locate the user in the accounts view.

Click on the pencil to the right of their name:

In the Account Details section, place a tick in the checkbox next to 'Website Editor' and update by clicking on 'Save'.

The user is now able to edit the website, although only the superadmin user is able to publish any changes to be live on the internet.


How to edit my website

As Superadmin

1.To edit your website you need to visit your school’s portal address and login as superadmin.

2.Once you are logged in you then need to visit the administration toolbox, this can be located from the top menu:

3. From the administration screen you then go to the ‘school’ tab (see below). Then to edit the website click on the 'Edit Site’ button.

4. You will be given a 'Preview Site' and 'Publish Site' buttons.

5. Only the Superadmin account can publish the site to make it live.

Or as a teacher with website editing rights

1. To edit the website you need to visit your school's portal address and login as the editing teacher.

2. Once you are logged in you will then need to click on the 'Homepage' dropdown menu.

3. Select the 'Edit Website' button.

4. This will take you to the editing website page.

When you are previewing the website, the design editor can be visited by clicking on the Design Page icon at the top right of the page:

Editing your school's name and logo

1.In the school tab you will be able to insert the school's name and upload the school’s logo.

2.These details are what the website uses for the header of your website.

3.The optimal size for the school logo is 130x130 pixels.
