My Work

My Work is the users own personal online webspace. It can be used to store work, pictures, videos, audio and any other files the users wishes to put on the platform. The space is private to the user and can be accessed from school, home and anywhere that has an internet connection.
Accessing My Work
The “My Work” section can be accessed from the quick links on the top centre of your homepage or from the drop down menu triangle under Homepage.
Filters
On the top right are clickable buttons which will filter by file type, first select the tag on the left then filter by the type at the top.

This filter will show all file types.

This filter will show all Sound files.

This filter will show all Picture files.
.png){kind=small}
This filter will show all Video files.

This filter will show all Document files
Tags
You may create Tags to categorise your items, click on the object you wish to create a new tag on and type in the tag in the dialog box which opens. You can click on the + next to the tag to create multiple tage for the same item.
The tags will now show on the left hand side.
Uploading Files
1. Go to "My Work" and click on the Upload button. 2. Browse for the file on your computer and select it
Uploading will start as soon as you click on open and the upload button will animate in grey to show this.
You can also drag and drop any files from your computer into your mywork area.
Once uploaded, your item will appear in "My Work".
If you would like to tag it, click on the image and follow instructions for adding tags
Accessing your files
To view a file click on it directly.
This will open a summary with a prieview of the file. You may then rate, tag, comment, rename or publish the file.
To open the file directly click on the prieview.
