Creating a Survey
Overview
The Survey application is available via Communities, and is in effect a simplified version of quiz. Surveys link in the community areas allowing teachers and KS2 students to create survey whilst all members of the community can participate in them.
- Surveys reside within communities
- Pupils (within an Improver community) and Teachers can create survey for themselves
- All users of a community can participate on a survey
- Students can run through a survey as many times as they want until that survey is closed
- Participants can always re-enter data and their answers are never locked until the survey closed to all users
- Surveys created by students have to be moderated.

When you create a survey you may choose different types of question depending on the data you wish to collect by the question. These can be:

- Short text (Freetype a short answer like a name)
